Ithaca Martial Arts is offering several new classes at the Enfield Community Center over the next several months. 

Self-Defense Class (strictly self-defense), 4 weeks with a one-hour class once per week. Learn how to defend yourself with hands-on techniques.

Martial Arts Movement / Meditation Class.  Like Dahn Mu Do or Tai Chi but different. Class is 8 weeks with a one-hour class once per week.

Intro to Kamas
